Artistic Director Alan Kwan led up-and-coming jazz musicians Issac Wong, Scottie Chan, and Mason Lam on a community tour, exploring innovative ways to integrate jazz into daily life and express the indescribable feelings of modern times—especially during the pandemic, when human interactions were scarce. Together, they performed for nearly 1,500 people in community venues, including The Mills, Fringe Club, community centers, and local schools.
“this feeling sounds like” is part of the Community Cultural Ambassador Scheme 2022.
